RBI Grade A B Recruitment 2026 has been announced by the Reserve Bank of India Services Board (RBISB) for Panel Year 2026. The recruitment is for various posts, including Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’, Manager (Technical-Civil) in Grade ‘B’, Manager (Technical-Electrical) in Grade ‘B’, Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’, and Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) in Grade ‘A’.

Under the RBI Grade A and B Recruitment 2026, online applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens. The selection will be through Online and offline examinations and interviews as applicable to the respective posts. Eligibility Criteria

Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Experience:

• Enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate.
• At least two years’ experience as an advocate or law officer in specified institutions.

Manager (Technical-Civil) in Grade ‘B’

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST if vacancies are reserved).

Experience:

• At least three years’ experience in a relevant field after graduation.

Manager (Technical-Electrical) in Grade ‘B’

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST if reserved).

Experience:

• At least three years’ experience in relevant field.

Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’

Educational Qualification:

• Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English at Bachelor’s level OR
• Second Class Master’s Degree in English with Hindi at Bachelor’s level OR
• Second Class Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with Hindi and English at Bachelor’s level OR
• Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation with second class.

Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) in Grade ‘A’

Experience:

• Officer with a minimum of ten years’ experience as a commissioned service officer in the regular Army/Navy/Air Force.

Age relaxation applicable as per rules specified in the notification.

Pay Scale

For Grade ‘A’ Officers

• Basic Pay: ₹62,500/- per month in the scale of ₹62500–3600(4)–76900–4050(7)–105250–4650(1)–109900

For Grade ‘B’ Officers

• Basic Pay: ₹78,450/- per month in the scale of ₹78450–4050(7)–106800–4650(2)–116100–EB–4650(4)–134700

Allowances include Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance and other admissible benefits as per rules.
