Essential Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute
Essential Experience
17 years regular service in the post carrying substantive pay scale of Level 10 (Rs.56100–177500) or equivalent level or higher; out of which 10 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to highways, roads, or Bridges
Desirable Experience
Officers possessing experience in handling Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects shall be given preference
