BEL Director Finance Recruitment 2026 provides that the Director (Finance) will be a member of the Board of Directors and report to the Chairman & Managing Director. The Director (Finance) will advise on all aspects of finance and oversee working capital planning, negotiation with financial institutions, budget administration, management information systems, liaison with Government and Statutory Auditors, and formulation of financial policies including pricing, inventory control and receivables management.
As per BEL Director Finance Recruitment 2026, the age of superannuation is 60 years. The minimum age is 45 years. Internal candidates must have at least 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation. Others must have at least 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy. The maximum age is governed by residual service condition as mentioned.
The applicant must be employed in a regular capacity in CPSE, Central Government Group ‘A’, Armed Forces, AIS, Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions/Autonomous Bodies, SPSEs with annual turnover of Rs. 5,000 crore or more, or Private Sector Company/JVs/Federations meeting prescribed turnover criteria.
The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or full time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to Chartered Accountant. Relevant experience of at least five years at a senior level during the last ten years in Corporate Financial Management/Corporate Accounts is required as specified.
