IRRPL CEO MD Recruitment 2026 has been announced by the Government of India, Ministry of Defense, Department of Defense Production, for filling up the post of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director (CEO/MD) in M/s Indo-Russian Rifle Private Limited (IRRPL), New Delhi. The recruitment is to be conducted on a deputation or contract basis from eligible candidates working in the central government, armed forces, All India Services, CPSEs, SPSEs, and private sector companies.

IRRPL CEO MD Recruitment 2026 is for one post of chief executive officer/managing director. The selected candidate will function as the chief executive of the company and will report to the board of directors. The CEO will be designated as Managing Director and will be responsible for overall supervision, control, and day-to-day management of the organization.

The post carries a pay scale of ₹144,200–₹218,200 (Level-14). Candidates applying for IRRPL CEO MD Recruitment 2026 must possess an engineering graduate or postgraduate qualification in any discipline. The essential experience includes at least 5 years as chief executive officer in manufacturing companies or an equivalent higher position in the Indian Armed Forces. Desirable experience includes 25 years of professional experience in the manufacturing or handling of weapon systems.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of residual service as of the date of vacancy. Candidates must be employed in a regular capacity in central government, defense/CPSEs, state public sector enterprises with an annual turnover of ₹500 crores or more, or private sector companies with similar turnover criteria.

The appointment shall be for a period of three years from the date of joining, extendable by one year at a time up to two extensions.
