HQ Army Training Command Shimla Stenographer Grade-I Recruitment is notified by Headquarters Army Training Command (ARTRAC), Shimla (HP), PIN – 171003, for filling up the post of Stenographer Grade-I. Applications are invited for the post on deputation, including on a short-term contract basis in Army Training Command.
As per HQ Army Training Command Shimla Stenographer Grade-I Recruitment, eligible officers are required to submit their applications in the prescribed format as per Annexure-II through the proper channel. The application must be accompanied by a Cadre Clearance Certificate, Experience Certificate, Educational Qualification Certificate, last 05 years’ ACRs/APARs, an Integrity Certificate, and a Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
The application should reach HQ Army Training Command within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News. Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications shall not be entertained. Applications received without recommendation of employer or without required certificates will be summarily rejected.
HQ Army Training Command Shimla Stenographer Grade-I Recruitment specifies that the appointment on a deputation basis will initially be for a period of three years. The period of deputation may be extended depending upon the availability of the post and work requirement. The appointment on a deputation basis will be governed by the instructions issued by DoPT vide OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time.
No TA/DA shall be payable in case a candidate is called for interaction/interview with the Selection Committee/BOO constituted for the post. The department reserves the right not to fill any of the vacancies.
