Department of Economic Affairs Auditor Recruitment Notification
The Department of Economic Affairs Auditor Recruitment has been notified by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs (Administration Division). Applications are invited for filling up three (03) posts of Auditor in the Department of Economic Affairs on a deputation/absorption basis.
The post of Auditor is classified as General Central Service, Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Ministerial. The pay level for the post is Level-5 in the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200–20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-).
Eligible officers from Central Government offices are invited to apply in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure-I. The recruitment is to be made on a deputation/absorption basis in accordance with the conditions specified in the notification. Applications received after the due date or not accompanied by required documents will not be entertained.
The period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation/absorption shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
The selected officers will be required to discharge duties as per the functional requirements of the Department of Economic Affairs under the Ministry of Finance. All eligibility conditions, service requirements, vigilance status, and integrity certification must be duly verified by the forwarding authority before submission of the application. The prescribed bio-data format attached as Annexure-I must be completed in all respects.
