Appellate Tribunal for Electricity Recruitment 2026 has been notified vide No. 1/1/2022-Adm./APTEL-II/641/26 dated 11th February 2026. The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Ministry of Power, located at Core-4, 7th Floor, SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003, proposes to fill up various posts on a deputation/absorption basis.
The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity Recruitment 2026 includes seven posts across different levels of the Pay Matrix under the 7th CPC. The recruitment is strictly on a deputation/absorption basis from officers of the Central Government or State Government or High Court or District Court or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings or Tribunals or recognized Universities of the Central or State Government.
Appellate Tribunal for Electricity Recruitment 2026 provides that the period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding the appointment in the same or another organization or department of the Central Government, shall be five years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity Recruitment 2026 requires applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of up-to-date ACRs/APAR for the last five years and vigilance clearance/integrity certificate. Applications must reach the undersigned not later than 24th March 2026. Applications not accompanied by copies of ACRs/APAR and vigilance clearance will not be entertained.
Appellate Tribunal for Electricity Recruitment 2026 further states that the pay and conditions of deputation shall be regulated in accordance with Department of Personnel & Training O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 17th June 2010, as amended from time to time.
Holding analogous post on regular basis; or five years regular service in Level-11; or ten years combined service in Level-10 and Level-11; or holding post of Additional Registrar/Joint Registrar/Deputy Registrar in High Court; or five years as Judicial Officer in High Court
Principal Private Secretary
Holding analogous post; or five years in Level-9; or six years in Level-8; speed in stenography 120 wpm (English); knowledge of computers
Court Master
Holding analogous post; or five years in Level-6; Bachelor’s degree; stenography speed 100 wpm (English); knowledge of computers
Judicial Assistant (Filing)
Holding analogous post; or six years in Level-5; or ten years in Level-4; degree in Law; knowledge of computers
Personal Assistant
Holding analogous post; or ten years in Level-4; stenography speed 80 wpm (English); knowledge of computers
Librarian
Holding analogous post; or six years in Level-5; or ten years in Level-4; degree in Library Science; five years experience as Librarian/Assistant Librarian; knowledge of computers
Stenographer Grade-D
Holding analogous post; or eight years in Level-2; qualifications prescribed for direct recruits
