NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is open to eligible Indian citizens who have completed ITI in the relevant trade on full-time and regular basis.
NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 provides an opportunity for candidates to undergo apprenticeship training in designated trades at a premier Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. The training will be conducted strictly as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961. The total number of seats notified under NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is 245 for various ITI trades including Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Programming and Systems Administration Assistant (COPA), Turner, Machinist, and Welder.
Under NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2026, the duration of apprenticeship is one year with a monthly stipend of Rs. 9,600. The age of applicants should not be less than 18 years and not more than 24 years as on 18/03/2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), and PwBD candidates.
The selection process in NPCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the respective ITI trade. Shortlisting will be carried out on merit, followed by document verification. In case of a tie in ITI marks, older candidates will be given preference. If the date of birth is also the same, higher percentage in 10th/8th standard will be considered. Preference will be given to eligible local candidates residing within 16 km radius of Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site.
