Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited Director Corporate Planning & Personnel Recruitment 2026 provides that the Director (Corporate Planning & Personnel) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman & Managing Director. The Director is responsible for preparation of short and long-term Corporate Plans, Marketing Strategy, Export Markets, assessment of capacity utilization, diversification planning, personnel functions including organizational planning, performance appraisal of managerial personnel, management development, industrial relations, and planning and execution of Capital Works including infrastructure upgradation and estate management.

As per Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited Director Corporate Planning & Personnel Recruitment 2026, the age of superannuation is 60 years. The minimum age is 45 years. Internal candidates must have at least 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to superannuation. Other candidates must have at least 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy.

The applicant must be employed in a regular capacity in CPSE, Central Government Group ‘A’, Armed Forces, AIS, Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions/Autonomous Bodies, SPSEs with annual turnover of Rs. 5,000 crore or more, or Private Sector Company/JVs/Federations meeting prescribed turnover criteria.

The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture with good academic record. Post Graduate qualification in Engineering disciplines or Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management or Human Resource Management or MBA/PGDM/PGPM will be desirable. The applicant should have cumulative experience of at least five years during the last ten years in Shipbuilding/Ship Repairs/Submarine sector, preferably with one year experience in preparation of Corporate Plans/Personnel/HR management at a senior level.
