Ministry of Finance Registrar Assistant Registrar Recovery Officer Recruitment 2026 has been notified vide No. 08/32/2025-DRT dated 29th December, 2025 by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services. The Ministry of Finance Registrar Assistant Registrar Recovery Officer Recruitment 2026 invites applications for filling up existing, anticipated, and unforeseen vacancies up to 30.06.2026 for the posts of Registrar, Assistant Registrar, and Recovery Officer in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) and Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) on a deputation basis. Applications of eligible and willing officers are required to be forwarded through the proper channel so as to reach the Department within 6 weeks from issuance of the vacancy circular, i.e., up to 9th February, 2026. Important Instructions

  • Applications received after the last date or incomplete or not through proper channel will not be considered.
  • Selected candidates will be appointed on deputation for a period of four years.
  • Period of deputation including previous ex-cadre post shall ordinarily not exceed four years.
  • No applicant will be permitted to withdraw candidature after selection; withdrawal will attract one year debarment.
  • Department reserves the right to relax conditions in administrative exigencies.
