Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Ore Dressing or Mineral Processing or Geology or Chemistry or Physics from a recognized University or Institution
OR
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Mineral Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institution
Experience
- Eighteen years experience in a recognized laboratory or plant of the central government or State Government or Union territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Recognized Research Institution or autonomous or statutory organization conducting Mineral Beneficiation and/or Mineral Characterization for beneficiation of various ores and minerals
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department
OR
- Three years regular service in Level 14 in the pay matrix or equivalent
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 58 years as on closing date of receipt of application
