Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Regional Officer Recruitment 2023 notification has been issued by the Government of India for filling up one post of Regional Officer at the Regional Office of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Mumbai. The post is to be filled on a deputation basis in the pay matrix level 12 (Rs. 78,800–209,200) (pre-revised pay band 3, Rs. 15,600–39,100, with grade pay of Rs. 7,600). Applications are invited from eligible officers of the central government.

The Ministry has specified that the deputation period and other terms and conditions will be regulated in accordance with Department of Personnel and Training guidelines. Officers applying for the post should submit their applications in the prescribed proforma (Annexure II) along with relevant documents including APARs, vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, and cadre clearance.

The maximum age limit for candidates applying for the post shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
